Orders placed before 11am Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Monday - Friday will begin processing on the same day. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.

Express/Next-Day shipping is unavailable for PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or US territories.

Hawaii & Alaska

We offer Standard, Express, and Next-Day shipping to metro areas in these regions. However, please allow additional transit time for orders shipping outside the contiguous United States.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all shipping information, items, and quantities are correct.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

For International Orders, we offer Standard Shipping and/or Express Shipping, depending on locale. For any countries able to be offered an additional expedited shipping option, you will see this option listed at checkout.

Please note that the shipping cost and the estimated transit time will vary depending on your location, and the size of the order. Shipping cost will be reflected during the checkout process in your country's checkout experience, as well as the estimated transit time.

Please allow 2-3 business days processing time before your order ships, regardless of shipping speed selected at checkout. 

Orders placed before 11am Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Monday - Friday will begin processing on the same day.

Your country's Customs Authority has the right to hold your package for any reason for 1 - 30 days of receipt. Should this delay occur, Plume Beauty does not have the authority or ability to make any changes to or expedite your order. Please feel free to contact your Customs Authority for more information. 

Who is responsible for international fees?

You will be responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or duties levied by your government, and we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout. 

Please note that while we do our best to include all duties and taxes at checkout, shipping to some countries may require customers to pay duties and taxes upon delivery due to carrier restrictions and local regulations.

Business Days and Holidays*

  • All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
  • Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to be processed on the same business day; otherwise, they will be processed the next day.

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days after the order has been placed.
